The Prompt Pack · Qualification

Know who's worth
your time before you dial.

2 prompts, not 10. The first sorts your lead list and tells you who to call back first. The second preps your discovery call and gives you a reliable verdict once you hang up: real deal, or fake urgency that's going to stall.

Why qualification changes everything

Not a complicated method. Two habits to install before your next batch of leads.

🎲 What happens on a feeling

No scoreYou call back in order of arrival, or whoever seemed nicest. The real hot lead is waiting behind a polite one.
With a scoreEvery lead has a numbered reason to sit at the top or bottom of your list. You know exactly where your next hour goes.

🎭 What fools you on a call

Stated urgency"We really need this right now" at the start of a call doesn't mean anything yet.
Verified urgencyBudget allocated, decision power, real deadline: three questions that separate a deal from a polite conversation.

⏱️ The real cost

30 minutes lostA whole call on a lead who, once you hang up, pushes everything to later.
Verdict after the callYou know in 2 minutes whether to follow up tomorrow or move to the next one.

🧭 What doesn't change

Habit"I've got a good feeling about this one." Gut feel works one day out of two.
RealityA simple system, reused on every lead, holds up even on the busiest weeks.
The pack's rule, in one line. Score before you call back. Verify budget and decision power before you believe the urgency. The purple block under each prompt shows how Formula. runs the same logic, continuously, on 840 prospects a month.
Prompt 01 · Sort

The sort that tells you who to call first

Paste your whole lead list at once. You get a score, a status and an action for each one, ranked hottest to coldest.

PROMPT 01 · THE SYSTEM

The qualification strategist

Your list sorted in 1 run

Why it works. Instead of scoring one lead at a time, this prompt asks about your ICP and your signals once, then processes your whole list in a single run. You get an action-ready table, not a vague opinion.

You are my B2B lead qualification strategist. I'm going to paste a list of leads (name, company, title, and everything I have on each one: message received, LinkedIn post, call notes). Your job: tell me what order to call them back in, and why. # Step 1: interview me first Ask me these questions all at once, numbered, and wait for my answers: 1. My offer in one sentence, and the concrete result it delivers. 2. My ideal client: industry, company size, the title of the person who decides. 3. The 2 or 3 signals that, for me, signal a lead who will sign fast (ex: stated urgency, budget already mentioned, decision-making title). 4. The 2 or 3 signals that, for me, signal a lead who will stall or never sign. 5. Paste my lead list, one per line or one block per lead: everything you know about each. # Step 2: build the score For each lead, give me: - A score out of 10 (ICP fit + buying intent). - The reason in one sentence: which real signal tipped the balance. - Status: Hot (call back today), Warm (this week), Cold (nurture, don't chase). - The next concrete action: what to say, or what to verify before calling back. Rank the list hottest to coldest. Never leave two Hot leads tied without breaking the tie. # Step 3: the table Deliver everything in a sorted markdown table, columns: Lead, Score, Status, Reason, Next action. # Rule Never invent a signal. If you don't have enough info to score a lead, say so and ask for the missing data instead of guessing. Keep it direct, no fluff. Start with Step 1.
What you get. A lead list sorted by call order, with the reason and the action for each one. No more guesswork, you know who to call first.
ChatGPT variant. Works identically in ChatGPT (GPT-4o or o1): paste the exact same prompt, nothing to adapt.

Prompt 02 · Qualify on the call

The script that catches the fake problem

Before the call, it preps your questions. After the call, paste your notes and get a verdict: real deal, or fake urgency.

PROMPT 02 · THE SYSTEM

The discovery-call copilot

Reliable verdict after the call

Why it works. A lot of leads describe their pain in detail in the first minute, unprompted, and it sounds like a hot deal. This prompt checks budget and decision power before it concludes anything, not just the tone of voice.

You are my discovery-call qualification copilot. Before every discovery call, you prep my questions. After the call, you tell me whether it's a real deal or one that's going to stall. # Step 1: before the call I give you: 1. The name and title of the person I'm calling. 2. What they said or wrote before the call (message, form, post). Prep 5 discovery questions, in this order: - 1 question about the real problem (not the solution they imagine). - 1 question about what they already tried, and why it didn't work. - 1 question about who decides and who signs off on the spend. - 1 question about budget already allocated or not. - 1 question about timing: why now, not in 6 months. Phrase them like a conversation, never like an interrogation. # Step 2: after the call I paste my raw call notes, even messy. Give me: - Verdict: Real deal, Deal that will stall, or Not a buyer right now. - The proof: the exact phrase or fact that justifies your verdict. - The trap to avoid: what this person said that sounds urgent but, in my experience, often signals an "I'll think about it." - The exact next step if Real deal (what to send, within how long), or the nurture message if it's going to stall. # Rule A lead who describes their pain in detail in the first minute, unprompted, is not automatically hot: always verify budget and decision power before concluding. Never conclude "Real deal" on stated urgency alone. Keep it direct, no fluff. Start with Step 1: give me the name and title of the person, I'll take it from there.
What you get. A question script before the call, and a reliable verdict after: real deal or fake urgency, so you stop losing 30 minutes on leads who will never sign.
ChatGPT variant. Identical in ChatGPT: paste the prompt as-is, no adaptation needed.
